WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Almost every week of the five-month course you will have something. One week is a video lesson dealing with Scripture/Doctrine that you can watch anytime that week. Another week will be a Class discussion on the video lesson (via zoom/in person). Another week is a lesson dealing with Leadership. And the final week is a paper due discussing that week's Theological/Doctrinal content.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You can expect to learn and discuss content such as Gifts of the Spirit, Biblical Integrity, etc... You will receive an introduction to the Old Testament and the New Testament. You will learn the Ten Great Doctrines of the Bible. You will learn Leadership, how Jesus led, and how we should lead in our homes, work, and church.

LEADERSHIP COLLEGE IS A 5-MONTH PROGRAM
Over the course of 5-months you can expect four regular activities a month. The first week will consist of a lesson (Old Testament, New Testament, core Doctrinal beliefs, etc...). The second week will be a class discussion discussing the previous weeks lesson. The third week will be a class discussion/lesson regarding leadership. And the fourth week will be a paper that will deal with a topic from the first weeks lesson.
A part of the program is also the expectation of all participants to join one ministry Team and to join the core leadership to obtain hands on ministry experience.
